1. Scope of Engagement
QMatus Corporation provides software architecture consulting, bespoke high-concurrency systems development, and specialized edge AI modeling. All commercial client engagements are governed by custom master service agreements (MSAs) signed directly by founding principals.
2. Intellectual Property & Sovereignty
Client datasets and domain-specific training weights remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client. Foundational algorithms, proprietary SLM base architectures, and the Dynamic Context Abstraction Layer remain the property of QMatus or are licensed under agreed enterprise terms.
3. Warranty of Mathematical Determinism
QMatus guarantees that core scoring calculations and deterministic state engines execute without stochastic drift. Generative language components are provided as interactive framing coatings and are not warranties of medical, clinical, or psychological outcomes.
